A simple, complete checklist so you arrive on surgery day calm, ready, and confident.
Do
- Fast from food & drink starting midnight before surgery
- Arrange a companion to accompany you home
- Bring a valid ID, PhilHealth, and HMO cards
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Shower the morning of surgery
- Bring a list of your current medications
Don't
- Don't eat or drink after midnight (including water, unless told otherwise)
- Don't wear makeup, nail polish, or jewelry
- Don't smoke for at least 24 hours before
- Don't take blood thinners unless cleared
- Don't drive yourself home after surgery
- Don't hesitate to call if anything is unclear

Valid ID · PhilHealth & HMO cards · medication list · comfortable clothes · a companion.
Fasting instructions
No food or drink from midnight before surgery, unless Dr. Torres advises otherwise.
Medications to stop
Blood thinners and certain supplements may need pausing — confirm with the clinic first.
